ยาลดไขมันในเส้นเลือด (อังกฤษ:hypolipidaemic agents) เป็นกลุ่มของเภสัชภัณฑ์ที่ใช้รักษาไขมันในเส้นเลือดสูงกว่าปกติ (hyperlipidemia) พวกมันถูกเรียกว่า ยาลดไขมัน (lipid-lowering drugs )หรือ (LLD) ตัวอย่างของยาลดไขมันได้แก่
สแตติน (statin)
ไฟเบรต (fibrate)
กรดนิโคตินิก (nicotinic acid)
ไบล์แอซิดซีเควสแตรนด์ (bile acid sequestrant) (resins)
ไฟโตรสเตอรอล (Phytosterol) (Cholesterol Absorption Inhibitors)
